We offer a delivery service on all large items or orders over £300. Delivery charges within 10 miles from GU51 3LA will be £20 and areas further afield are calculated on an individual basis. All charges will be declared at the point of sale and we will never surprise you with any hidden or additional charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding delivery as we can discuss individual requirements. As we strive to offer our customers a wide variety of special products we have hundreds of products listed on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot possibly hold all of these in stock. If a product is needed urgently then we strongly advise that you call us before placing your order to check whether or not an item is in stock and if not what its estimated collection time might be. The delivery time frame from our warehouse to us is usually 2- 4 weeks. Some of the larger products can be between 4 and 16 weeks. Once the item has been delivered to the shop we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery/collection.
